Pilly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Pilly (“the app”, “we”, “us”) helps you track medications and doses. Pilly is private by default: your health information stays on your device and in your own iCloud. This policy explains the little we process and why.

The short version

Information stored on your device

Medications, doses, schedules, reminders, refill counts, and related notes you enter are stored locally using Apple’s on-device database. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is stored in your private iCloud and synced across your devices by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how iCloud handles your data.

Information processed by service providers

To run the app we use a few processors. They receive only what’s described below — never your health data or contact details.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Health information

Medication and dose information may be considered health-related. In Pilly this information is kept on your device and in your private iCloud only. It is never sent to us or to the services above. Pilly is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice; always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Notifications

With your permission, Pilly schedules local reminders on your device. They are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.

Children

Pilly is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
